Coverage Period

Fifth Key Element Co., Limited warrants that AOVIS Avare Prime 4K hardware products are free from material defects in workmanship and materials for 24 months from the original retail purchase date under normal, intended use.

What This Warranty Covers

• Main camera unit and integrated core hardware functions.
• Original included solar panel and designated battery-heating system components.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or accidents.
• Damage caused by external events, including fire, flooding, power surges, lightning, or other force majeure events.
• Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration that does not affect core functionality.

Remedy

If a valid claim is confirmed, we may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent unit, or provide another commercially reasonable remedy at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
